3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and all activities under it.

4. Subscription & Billing

  • Zuvany operates on a subscription-based pricing model
  • Subscriptions may be billed monthly or annually
  • Payments are processed via third-party providers (e.g., Razorpay)
  • Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of services

5. Refund Policy

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:
  • Use the platform for unlawful purposes
  • Upload harmful, abusive, or illegal content
  • Attempt to disrupt or hack the system
  • Misuse AI-generated responses

7. Data & Privacy

Your use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of your data, and we process it only to provide our services.

8. Intellectual Property

All platform content, technology, and branding belong to Zuvany. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the service without permission.

9. Service Availability

We aim to provide uninterrupted services but do not guarantee that the platform will always be available or error-free.

10. Limitation of Liability

Zuvany shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or misuse the platform.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service implies acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of India.
