Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Scope of Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the procedures for canceling your subscription to the **Zuvany AI Smart Card** platform and the conditions under which a refund may be provided. This policy applies to all paid subscriptions (Starter, Pro, Growth) and pay-as-you-go services.

2. Zuvany Performance Guarantee

Our 7-Day Booked Demo Guarantee

We stand by our commitment to help you get more meetings. If you do not see at least **one (1) real demo call booked** directly through your Zuvany AI Smart Card within the **first seven (7) days** of your initial paid subscription, you are entitled to a **full refund** of the subscription fee paid.

To request a refund under this guarantee, you must notify us within 14 days of your original purchase date.

3. Subscription Cancellation

  • **Monthly Subscriptions:** You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time. Cancellation will be effective at the end of your current billing cycle. You will retain access to the Service until that time. No prorated refunds will be issued for the remaining days of the current month.
  • **Annual Subscriptions:** You may cancel your annual subscription at any time. Cancellation will be effective at the end of your current annual term. No prorated refunds will be issued for the remaining months of the prepaid annual term, except as noted in Section 2 (Performance Guarantee).
  • **How to Cancel:** You can cancel your subscription directly through your account settings or by contacting customer support at ameen@zuvany.com.

4. Refund Policy (After Guarantee Period)

  • **No Prorated Refunds:** After the initial 7-day guarantee period has passed, Zuvany generally does not offer refunds for any partial or unused subscription periods.
  • **Exceptions:** Refunds may be considered only in cases of documented technical failure of the Zuvany platform itself which prevents access to the core service for a continuous period of 72 hours, as verified by our support team.

5. Pay-As-You-Go and Add-On Charges

Charges for usage-based add-ons, additional messages, characters, or extra channel integrations purchased on a "pay-as-you-go" basis are **non-refundable**. These credits are consumed immediately upon use or allocated to your account upon purchase.

6. Disputes and Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback or otherwise reverse a payment, Zuvany reserves the right to immediately terminate your account without notice. We encourage customers to contact us first at ameen@zuvany.com to resolve any billing issues.
