Zuvany operates on a subscription-based billing model. Users are charged on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) depending on the selected plan.

3. Refund Policy

  • We offer a 7-day refund window for new subscriptions.
  • Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the initial payment.
  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • After the refund period, all payments are non-refundable.

4. Cancellation Policy

  • Users can cancel their subscription at any time from their account settings.
  • Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
  • No partial refunds will be issued for unused time after cancellation.

5. Failed or Disputed Payments

If a payment fails or is disputed, we reserve the right to suspend access to the service until the issue is resolved.

Refunds may not be granted in cases including:
